In return, the business agrees to purchase the electricity it generates at a significantly lower rate than it's current utility provider - typically delivering 40% savings on current electricity bills.

None. There is no cost for the provision of the infrastructure, and no cost for the installation and maintenance of the infrastructure.


Yes.  Any business involved will receive discounted rates of energy, typically 40%.


There is no catch.  You simply enter into a PPA, and for the duration of the PPA you have no costs along with the discounted rates of energy.
